Clinical Lead Nursing Home Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to join their team and play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care across their nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is looking to take the next step in their career, providing clinical leadership, supporting the nursing team, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.

Reporting directly to the Home Manager , you will work closely with nurses, carers, and the wider management team to drive best practice, promote clinical excellence, and support the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing team Ensure high standards of nursing care are consistently maintained Support, coach, and mentor nurses and carers to develop their skills Contribute to clinical decision-making and care planning Promote best practice across all areas of clinical delivery Support with audits, compliance, safeguarding, DOLS, and CQC standards Build positive working relationships across the team Remain calm, professional, and effective in a fast-paced care environment

About You:

The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced nurse with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will have the ability to lead and inspire others while maintaining excellent clinical standards.

You will have:

NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience Strong clinical knowledge and confidence leading a nursing team Previous management, leadership, or supervisory experience Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure A passion for supporting and developing others Good knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, audits, and compliance Benefits Include:
