. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Community Nurse seeking a long-term placement with consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

• Full-Time Hours
• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing Contract
• NHS Community Service
• EMIS Training Provided
• Immediate Interviews Available

• Previous Community Nursing experience
• Valid NMC Registration
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Business Insurance
• Ability to work independently within the community setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Availability to work Monday to Friday

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients within their own homes and community settings. The successful candidate will be confident undertaking community visits, managing caseloads, and working autonomously while maintaining excellent standards of patient care.
