As an RMN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and recovery-focused care to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Supporting patients with acute and enduring mental health needs.
• Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Undertaking risk assessments and contributing to care planning.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Building therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers.
• Promoting dignity, safeguarding, and patient-centred care at all times.
• Managing challenging situations professionally using approved intervention techniques.

• Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Minimum 6 months' UK Mental Health Nursing experience.
• PMVA Certification - Mandatory.
• Valid Enhanced DBS.
• Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.
• Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
• A flexible, reliable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
• Right to work in the UK.
