This role is designed for those who thrive on adventure and wish to deliver exceptional 1:1 care in a mobile clinical environment. The patient is an 80-year-old VIP principal, and the work unfolds across iconic waters of the Mediterranean, from Monaco and the Côte d’Azur to Greece, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.

You will be part of a sophisticated travel operation where patient safety is the ultimate priority, providing high-quality care in a dynamic, high-end setting for both patient and staff.

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a VIP principal aboard a private yacht in a mobile clinical environment.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a high standard of clinical care in a high-end hospitality context.
• Collaborate with the yacht’s medical team and travel operations to support continuous care while at sea and during port calls.
• Adapt to itineraries and time zones, maintaining professional discretion and confidentiality.

• Education: A 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from a Western-accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in recent Acute Care (ICU, ER, or similar high-pressure hospital settings).

  Total fluency in English (Native or C1 Advanced).
• Mobility: Full readiness for year-round international travel.

• Medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential.
• Private medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, remote medicine, travel medicine, or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred.
• High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.

• Salary: £60,000 GBP per annum, tax-free.
• Shift Structure: Double-Nurse shifts; you are never the sole practitioner on duty.
• Accommodation: Luxury private lodging provided free of charge.
• Travel & Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave plus all work-related international flights covered.
