Are you a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse who would like the opportunity to come and work in the Manchester Centre for Clinical Neurosciences as part of Salford Care Organisation in Hyper-Acute Neuro Rehabilitation?

Ward C2 is a 20-bedded Hyper-Acute Neuro Rehabilitation ward. The nursing team work closely alongside the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that patients are supported through their rehabilitation.

Nursing staff will develop skills such as caring for patients with tracheostomies and supporting complex discharge planning. They care for patients with a range of brain injuries and with prolonged disorders of consciousness.

Proven post registration experience is required for this role.

You will be an adult nurse who isable to:

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aspire to deliver excellent standards of care
  • Be able to work collaboratively with all members of the MDT
  • Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients and their relatives
