Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking an enthusiastic nurse to join the Inherited Cardiac Conditions Team. The post is 37.5 hours at Band 7, working cross site.
The ICC team in Manchester cares for patients with heritable cardiac conditions, collaborating with consultants and genetics services to assess, test and manage risks. You will deliver care pathways, run nurse-led clinics, counsel patients on genetic testing, and maintain clinical databases across sites.
