Registered Mental Health Nurse

Starry care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality mental health care to service users across our client sites. The RMN will work closely with service users families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe effective and person-centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide high-quality person-centred mental health nursing care.
• Assess plan implement and evaluate individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor service users mental and physical wellbeing and respond to changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with clinical governance standards.
• Follow safeguarding infection control and health & safety procedures.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams families and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and promote recovery and independence.
• Participate in training supervision and continuous professional development.
• Uphold service user confidentiality dignity and respect at all times.

Required Skills:

Candidate must have at least six months of experience.
