Clinical Services Manager Manchester £45,000 per annum Full Time | 40 Hours per Week Are you a passionate and experienced clinical leader looking to take the next step in your career within dementia care? We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join a well-established dementia care home in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to oversee clinical operations, support and develop a dedicated care team, and play a key role in delivering outstanding care and quality outcomes for residents.

The Role Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the clinical team, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, and developing nursing and clinical staff. Managing staff recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisals, and performance management. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation. Conducting clinical audits and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Monitoring staffing levels and skill mix to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Supporting clinical governance and maintaining accurate care documentation.

Identifying training needs and promoting continuous professional development. Building a positive culture focused on excellence, teamwork, and resident wellbeing. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in a clinical leadership or management role within a nursing home, dementia care setting, or similar healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical governance. Excellent leadership and people management skills. A commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. What's on Offer?
