Clinical Services Lead

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Services Lead to oversee clinical practice across our services, ensuring outstanding standards of care, compliance and patient outcomes.

You'll work closely with operational leaders, nursing teams and care colleagues to maintain excellence in clinical governance while supporting the continued development of our people and services.

• Provide clinical leadership across multiple services.
• Monitor and improve clinical quality standards.
• Support governance, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations and clinical reviews where required.
• Mentor and develop nursing and care teams.
• Review care plans and ensure best practice is embedded.
• Act as a subject matter expert for clinical matters.
• Support service inspections and quality improvement initiatives.

You'll be a confident healthcare professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

• Current NMC registration.
• Previous clinical leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance.
• Experience working within health or social care settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
