General Assistant

JD Gyms is an exciting, award‑winning gym chain expanding across the UK. We invest in premium club environments and offer excellent class timetables, supported by robust on‑ground teams. This role is based in Wythenshawe, England, United Kingdom and we are looking for a tidy, energetic General Assistant who shares our passion for cleanliness and excellent member service.

As a General Assistant you will maintain our gym’s high standards of cleanliness and safety, support our members and staff, and help us deliver outstanding fitness experiences.

• Adhere to Health and Safety and Company Procedures across the gym.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard and support daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure all equipment and facilities are safe.
• Ensure the gym is consistently of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Meet uniform standards and deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to support high standards across the group.
• Undertake any reasonable duties as required.

• Hard‑working with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role, capable of multitasking and working unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.
