The Role

Bluelink is recruiting
** Landscapers
* * to deliver gardens, outdoor spaces and grounds works to a high finish across our property and construction jobs.

What you will do

Install soft landscaping: turf, planting, mulching and bed preparation
Carry out hard landscaping: paving, edging, fencing and basic groundworks
Follow setting-out from drawings and landscape packages
Maintain tools, plant and site cleanliness to H&S standards
Complete snagging and seasonal aftercare visits
Work as part of a crew under Site Manager / Landscape Supervisor

What we're looking for

Proven landscaping / grounds maintenance experience
Comfortable with manual outdoor work in all weather
Basic knowledge of plants, turf and hard-landscape materials
CSCS card preferred; training supported if you are close
Team player with reliable timekeeping
Full UK driving licence — advantageous
