Partnership

Please note that we will only accept applications from RCVS-registered veterinary surgeons for this vacancy.

We have an exciting Partnership opportunity for a vet to join us in Medivet Gatley.

This is more than a career move-it's your opportunity to build something meaningful, with the freedom of ownership and the support to help your practice thrive.

As a Medivet Partner, you'll become a co-owner of your practice, combining clinical leadership with the opportunity to shape the future of your business. You'll continue doing what you do best-caring for patients, leading your team, and serving your local community-while Medivet provides the commercial, operational, and strategic support needed to help your practice succeed.

This is a genuine partnership, where both you and Medivet are invested in achieving long-term success together.

With a 10% buy-in starting from just £10,000 and a 10-year deferred payment option, becoming a practice owner is more accessible than ever. There's no need for a bank loan or to put your personal assets at risk.

Benefit directly from the success of your practice through profit share and equity growth, giving you genuine uncapped earning potential.

You'll have access to dedicated commercial, operational, and strategic support teams, helping you grow and develop your practice-with no management fees.

Our partnership model includes a guaranteed exit opportunity every two years and clearly defined equity buy-back arrangements, giving you the confidence and flexibility to plan for the future on your terms.

We are excited to offer a Partnership opportunity at Medivet Gatley.

The clinic is based in a suburb of Stockport in Greater Manchester, on a busy high street, with private parking. It is just 3 miles from Manchester airport and has direct rail links into Manchester.

Medivet Gatley is a beautiful purpose-built clinic spread over 2 floors with 6 consult rooms, 2 enormous theatres, dental suite, imaging suite and separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards.

We're looking for a vet who is passionate about leading their own local practice while benefiting from the support, expertise, and resources of the wider Medivet network. This means you can focus on what matters most: your patients, your team, and delivering exceptional clinical care.

You'll be someone who genuinely cares about the difference you make and is excited by the opportunity to build a thriving practice.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding, compassionate veterinary care.
• Committed to creating exceptional experiences for pets and their owners.
• Excited by the prospect of building something of your own-whether independently or in partnership with a colleague or friend.
• Motivated to develop and grow a successful, sustainable practice.
• Eager to inspire, support, and develop a high-performing team.

Previous leadership experience is not essential. What matters most is your ambition, mindset, and desire to make a difference. We’ll provide the training, development, and ongoing support to help you become the leader you aspire to be.

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a practice, leading your own team, and shaping the future of veterinary care in your community‑without going it alone‑this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
