Our client is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Mentor to join their team on a permanent basis based in Stretford, Manchester. The successful Grounds Maintenance Mentor will ideally have a Grounds Maintenance background and experience and will be working with a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives in the Trafford area.
Our client is looking for someone who is understanding and has mentor qualities as you will be working with vulnerable operatives and guiding them to carry out the Grounds Maintenance role to the best of their abilities.
This role starts with a salary of £30,300 to £31,500 depending on experience and you must hold a UK driving license as you will be driving a company vehicle.
Interviews are due to take place on the 29th October 2026.
Requirements and skills necessary for the Grounds Maintenance Mentor role:- Grounds Maintenance experience
