Total reward package: Competitive total reward including salary, bonus, pension and car allowance

Salary: Basic salary of £42,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on qualification and experience level

Working within Premier Guarantee, part of the Munich Re family, the role will be ensuring compliance with the associated Technical Manual and Building Regulation. As a Risk Management Surveyor, you will carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to support safe, compliant construction on projects registered under operating within the MGA Inspection Services established brands Premier Guarantee & LABC Warranty. This is a field-based role where you will inspect new-build and newly converted buildings, ensuring work aligns with the Technical Manual and Building Regulations.

You will plan and manage your own workload, record inspection findings, and communicate outcomes clearly to customers and colleagues.

You’ll play a key role in identifying defects, maintaining standards, and supporting developers and builders with practical, solution‑focused guidance, helping ensure projects meet required compliance and quality expectations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical technical advice

• Confidence working independently across multiple sites

• 3+ years’ experience in construction, surveying, inspection or a similar technical role
• RMS level 1,2& 3, If RMS L1, demonstrating a willingness to progress to Chartered (Member level) & Class 2b Competent under the Building Inspector Competency Framework
• Good understanding of Building Regulations, site inspections and defect identification
• Experience working with developers, builders or construction stakeholders
