HSE Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing operational team, supporting Health & Safety across multiple sites and field-based teams. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with Production, Engineering and Maintenance, helping to identify risks, improve standards and build a positive Safety-First culture.

The Role Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments Lead/support accident and near-miss investigations Identify risks and implement corrective actions Support machinery safety, DSEAR and COSHH requirements Monitor H&S KPIs and identify areas for improvement Deliver H&S training, inductions and awareness activities Support contractor safety and emergency response Help maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance Work closely with teams across multiple sites to improve H&S standards About You You’ll ideally have:
Previous H&S experience within manufacturing, industrial or operational environments NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification/experience

Experience with risk assessments, audits and incident investigations Good knowledge of H&S legislation and machinery safety Understanding of DSEAR and COSHH Ideally, experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence A practical, proactive approach to Health & Safety Willingness to travel between sites If you're a practical H&S professional who enjoys being out in the business rather than stuck behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you.
