About the Job

We are working with a market leading insurance broker seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join their Manchester team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is looking to expand their real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
Conduct relevant Real Estate due diligence
Represent clients in negotiations with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and property valuations to support client strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions
Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
Maintain a strong understanding of local and national real estate market trends
An Ability to work closely with clients.

What do you need to apply

Experience working with an insurance broker on Real Estate transactions
Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task, customer focused environments
Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships
