Are you a Manchester based property manager looking for more career progression? OPR are working with a Block Management company in central Manchester who’re expanding their team due to bringing on new business across the city centre. The role will involve assisting the 4 senior block managers with their workload and gaining knowledge from their experience. Following 12‑18 months of assisting, you will then have the option to become a Block manager and manage your own portfolio of properties.

• Assisting the management of 32 leasehold developments across Manchester & Sheffield
• Answering inbound calls from leaseholders
• Adhering to maintenance and service charge queries
• Inputting data into the company’s software system (Qube)
• Helping out the directors and seniors when needed

• £30,000 DOE
• 9-5:30 Monday-Friday
• 25 days + Bank holidays
• TPI Sponsorship
• Clear scope for career progression

• 2 years’ experience within the property sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Great organisation skills
• Full UK Drivers’ License
