About the Role

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be working within the high-end Manchester rental market, managing a portfolio of premium, high-spec city-centre apartments. You’ll work closely with landlords, developers and tenants to ensure a seamless lettings experience from enquiry through to move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Promoting high-quality city-centre properties to prospective tenants

* Handling enquiries and booking and conducting property viewings

* Matching the right tenants to the right properties

* Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to completion

* Working with high-profile developers and premium apartment stock

* Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for:

* Career-changers from hospitality, retail, customer service or sales

* Candidates with 6 months+ lettings experience looking for their next move

* Confident communicators who enjoy phone-based and face-to-face interaction

* Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with strong organisational skills

No previous property experience is required — if you have the right attitude, communication skills and drive to succeed, full training and development will be provided. For those with existing lettings experience, there’s scope to fast-track your progression.
