Whether you're new to lettings or already have some experience and want to accelerate your career, this role offers exceptional training, earning potential and long-term progression.

• Up to £25,000 basic salary
• £35,000-£40,000 realistic OTE with uncapped commission

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll be working within the high-end Manchester rental market, managing a portfolio of premium, high-spec city-centre apartments. You'll work closely with landlords, developers and tenants to ensure a seamless lettings experience from enquiry through to move-in.

• Promoting high-quality city-centre properties to prospective tenants
• Handling enquiries and booking and conducting property viewings
• Matching the right tenants to the right properties
• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to completion
• Working with high-profile developers and premium apartment stock
• Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets

• Career-changers from hospitality, retail, customer service or sales
• Candidates with 6 months+ lettings experience looking for their next move
• Confident communicators who enjoy phone-based and face-to-face interaction
• Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with strong organisational skills

No previous property experience is required — if you have the right attitude, communication skills and drive to succeed, full training and development will be provided. For those with existing lettings experience, there's scope to fast-track your progression.
