Lettings Negotiator – Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Location: Prestwich, Borough of Bury, M25 2QB
Salary: £30,000–£32,500 per annum (DOE) + benefits & commission
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 9:30 am–5:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am–5 pm. No weekend work.
Company car: Branded vehicle with tracking available subject to T&C’s for all work‑related trips.

Role OverviewThe successful candidate will carry out lettings negotiations, valuations, and all day‑to‑day duties of the estate and lettings business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage lettings negotiations and valuation enquiries.
- Handle all viewing enquiries for sales and lettings, including booking viewings and managing visits.
- Process tenancy applications, including referencing and document verification.
- Collect holding fees and ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Manage deposits in line with deposit regulations and oversee arrears management.
- Deal with queries from landlords or tenants.
- Create tenancy agreements, addendums, and renewals.
- Coordinate property maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain a professional image.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an estate agent office.
- Experience using Vebra Alto software.
- Experience with the inventory Hive system for check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Own reliable vehicle with business insurance.
- Valid UK driver’s licence and ability to log mileage.
- Computer literate, able to compose professional emails and letters.
- Good organisational and telephone skills.
- Preferably ARLA (Propertymark) qualified, otherwise willing to work towards qualification.
- 28 days annual leave per year, including bank holidays and 3 days over Christmas.
