About the RoleAs part of this dynamic team, you will work on a broad range of real estate matters, including site acquisitions and disposals, development arrangements, portfolio re-gears, estate management, and leases. You will also gain exposure to operator-specific issues such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances, and licensing/regulatory matters, with support from specialists where necessary. The team operates across multiple UK offices, providing collaborative, rapid, and commercially grounded advice to clients.
You will work closely with colleagues in corporate, employment, tax, planning, IP & media, and disputes to support developments, estate optimisation, and complex transactions.
- Advise on freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre-let arrangements, and portfolio re-gears.
- Provide day-to-day estate management support, including L&T, licences, variations, easements, and ancillary agreements.
- Work alongside specialists to advise on operator-specific matters such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances, and licensing/regulatory issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with support to help grow your network.
- 4+ years' PQE in Real Estate, with experience working on property-led matters in the hospitality and leisure sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with real estate transactions, leases, and portfolio management.
- Interest in operator-specific issues and a collaborative approach to working with specialists in related areas such as corporate, tax, and planning.
- Ability to network and develop client relationships, with proactive support for career progression.
