This role offers great exposure to block management and a clear pathway into a Property Manager position for someone keen to develop their career in the sector.

The Role You’ll support the Property Management team with the day-to-day running of residential developments, acting as a key point of contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders while helping ensure sites are managed efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the management of residential developments
• Handling resident and contractor enquiries via phone and email
• Carrying out site visits and block inspections
• Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
• Supporting contractor procurement and quotations
• Assisting with meetings, site visits and AGMs

What We’re Looking For

• Some property experience (block management, lettings, estate agency, housing, etc.)
• Strong customer service skills, both phone and email
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident IT skills and ability to learn property systems
• Full UK driving licence preferred
