Responsibilities
- Undertaking viability and feasibility analysis and valuations across development and regeneration opportunities utilizing both Excel and software such as ARGUS developer
- Transactional support to cover both the disposal and acquisition of residential and mixed use opportunities (including soft market testing/preparation of sites for market/drafting brochures)
- Raising your profile and that of the wider PLACE team with external and internal networking
- Undertake professional advice in respect of development appraisals, strategic advice and marketing strategies to generate consultancy income.
- Advising Local Authorities, developers and landowners on affordable housing and S106 viability issues.
- Assisting in providing strategic advice on delivery structures including development agreements and joint ventures.
- Assisting with partner procurement processes on major residential‑led mixed‑use projects.
- Assisting in project managing portfolio consultancy work.
- Co‑ordinating sub‑consultants in the provision of technical survey and consultancy advice to support residential‑led mixed‑use projects.
- MRICS Chartered Surveyor
- Experience with in Development
- Strong understanding of the North West commercial property market
- Experience understanding viability and feasibility analysis
- Ideally RICS Registered Valuer – desirable not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player
