We are seeking a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our residential valuation team. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections and producing accurate valuations across a diverse portfolio of residential properties for loan security, asset management, and advisory purposes.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake site inspections and prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
- Manage a varied caseload of residential properties including houses, flats, new build developments, and portfolio valuations.
- Provide market analysis and commentary on local property trends, comparable evidence, and risk factors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes (Senior Surveyor level).
- Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and agreed turnaround times.
- MRICS qualified with proven residential valuation experience or similar work within the residential sector.
- Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within your designated patch.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Registered Valuer status.
- Proficient in Argus Developer or other appraisal software.
