Harte Recruitment is partnering with a growing property company to hire a Sales Progression Specialist in Manchester. You will own the completions process, driving transactions from exchange to handover and coordinating with solicitors, lenders, developers and buyers to remove blockers.
This role requires 2+ years in Sales Progression or Conveyancing, a thorough understanding of UK conveyancing, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple live transactions.
