We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Leasing & Assets to lead the leasing strategy and performance of these landmark destinations.

This is a career‑defining opportunity to shape the occupier mix, customer experience and commercial success of over 1.5 million sq ft of existing and future workspace across Media City and Mayfield. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leasing strategy, asset performance, customer relationships and workplace propositions across a portfolio that spans established assets, major developments and future growth opportunities.

You will play a critical role in attracting the next generation of occupiers across media, creative industries, technology, professional services and innovation sectors.

• Develop and execute leasing strategies across Media City and Mayfield.
• Lead major transactions, pre‑lets and leasing campaigns.
• Maximise occupancy, rental growth and asset performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

• Curate an occupier mix that strengthens both destinations.
• Build relationships with key customers, occupiers and market influencers.
• Create compelling propositions that differentiate Media City and Mayfield within the market.
• Drive customer retention and long‑term value creation.

• Work closely with development, marketing and operations teams to optimise asset performance.
• Inform investment, refurbishment and repositioning strategies.
• Translate market insight into commercial recommendations.
• Champion customer‑centric thinking across the business.

• Manage and inspire external leasing agents and advisers.
• Build strong relationships across the Manchester property market.
• Represent Media City and Mayfield externally with credibility and influence.
• Act as a visible ambassador for both destinations.

The Head of Leasing and Assets is responsible for leading leasing, occupier strategy and asset performance across Media City and Mayfield. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role is accountable for delivering leasing income, occupancy – performance and customer retention across existing assets and future developments.
