A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a long-established and highly respected independent estate agency with a strong presence across South Manchester, Cheshire and the surrounding areas. With an excellent reputation and an established lettings and property management operation, my clients are looking to add a capable and customer-focused Property Manager to their Manchester city centre lettings team.

- 1 Saturday per month required
Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and professional transitions
- Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns
- Proactively resolve rental arrears, liaising confidently with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the dedicated maintenance and repairs team to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio
- Conduct property inspections and inventories and provide detailed landlord feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management system
- Ensuring that clients receive legally accurate, practical and timely solutions / responses to their enquiries and problems
- Ensure your portfolio adheres to it's legal obligations and compliance at all time
- Stay on top of changing lettings legislation, ensuring your knowledge and expertise is current and up to date.
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Driving licence essential
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Confidence using property management systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
