Job Description Commercial Property Manager – Manchester Major Property Consultancy | £50–60k Overview TML Recruitment is partnered with a nationally recognised property consultancy that is currently seeking a proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets across Manchester. This role offers autonomy, client exposure, and the chance to develop within a respected management team.

• Manage multi‑let commercial properties including offices, retail, and mixed‑use assets.
• Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety requirements.
• Act as main client contact, ensuring delivery of high‑quality property management services.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value.
• Support asset strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and property performance.

• Experience in commercial property management, ideally within consultancy or client‑side environments.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage service charge budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, confident in client‑facing roles.
• Knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation and property compliance requirements.
• MRICS qualification but not a must
• Ambitious, detail‑oriented, and motivated by delivering measurable results.
