About the Role:

Our client, a renowned UK wide property practice is seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate with at least two years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic Manchester team. Whilst being based in Manchester this role will beactive in the South East and require travel to London on occasion.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including affordable housing valuations, viability assessments, and development appraisals. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the affordable housing sector in the public sector, but also having the chance to get involved in private sector work too.
