Experienced in commercial property management and confident managing a diverse portfolio, including compliance and vacant units?
We're recruiting for a Property / Lettings Manager to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take responsibility for a varied portfolio, managing day-to-day property matters while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
The RoleAs a Property / Lettings Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
- Oversee vacant units and support the lettings process
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Manage lease renewals and associated negotiations
- Monitor and manage rent arrears
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Oversee property compliance requirements
- Liaise and negotiate effectively with tenants and landlords
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure properties are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly
- Strong background in commercial property
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties
- Experience dealing with compliance, maintenance and property management matters
- Strong understanding of lettings and lease renewals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident negotiating and liaising with tenants and landlords
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, commercially minded and solution-focused approach
- Professional working attitude
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Excellent opportunities for career progression
- Full-time working hours
- Monday to Friday
