Independent estate agency operating in the Elmbridge area Provides residential property services with a focus on local market knowledge Values professional service and strong relationships with buyers and sellers What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
Registering, qualifying and matching buyers to suitable properties Conducting property viewings and obtaining detailed feedback from prospective purchasers Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales Proactively following up applicants and generating opportunities to secure further business Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers Maintaining accurate records, keeping clients updated and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Sales Negotiator level A proven ability to negotiate offers and convert enquiries into sales Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills A professional, confident and personable approach to client relationships Good knowledge of the local property market or the ability to develop this quickly A proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve individual and team targets Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload A full UK driving licence and access to a car Is this the role for you?
