• Conduct professional investment advice on ROI
• Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential
• Negotiate ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
• Prepare and manage offers, contracts and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and fellow brokers
• Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activities
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
