A biotechnology firm near Manchester seeks a Head of Research to lead their oncology program, coordinating key projects from GLP toxicology through to Phase I trials. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in life sciences, especially in drug discovery. Responsibilities include project leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a degree in science, with a PhD preferred, and experience with regulatory submissions.

Competitive salary offered in the range of £70,000 - £100,000.
