The University of Manchester is seeking a motivated and collaborative Research Associate in Semiconductor Device Manufacture and Characterisation. This is a full-time, fixed-term post for 36 months starting 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research within the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Your role will focus on designing and fabricating semiconductor devices, developing experimental studies, and disseminating research results. A PhD in a relevant field is essential, along with strong experience in device fabrication and characterization techniques.
