The University of Manchester is seeking a Research Technician to support the Durrington Group's circadian biology research into asthma. The role involves running and troubleshooting experiments, maintaining equipment, and handling samples from mouse and human sources.
You will help supervise students, record data accurately, assist with RNA sequencing, Bio-Plex/ELISA, histology, and immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, cell culture and lung slice models, with some out-of-hours work.
