We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your advanced scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and solves complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level concepts.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams. No prior AI experience required — just strong chemistry knowledge and clear analytical thinking.

Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise, logical reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured written feedback to help continuously improve AI model performance
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous reasoning
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subfields
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top-tier research labs and AI organizations
