CPD - Grill Cook

Job Summary Our team is expanding We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on grilling techniques.

This role is essential for ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely manner, while adhering to food safety standards.

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to menu specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout the shift
• Assist with all kitchen stations as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels

• Previous kitchen experience with a focus on grill cooking is required
• Culinary experience or relevant qualifications would be advantageous
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required
• Experience in a fast paced restaurant environment is highly desirable
• Strong skills in meal preparation and serving techniques
• Licence/Certification:
  Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
