37.5 Hours per week

Shifts:

5 over 7, 07:00 to 15:00 and 11:00 to 19:00

Job Introduction

As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Central Manchester Hospital, you ll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. You ll be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating your team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a sharp eye for detail. With strong communication and organisational skills, you ll help us put people at the heart of everything we do - delivering outstanding service to patients, staff, and visitors alike.

What you ll do:
  • Lead and support catering staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
  • Liaise with planners to ensure all catering requirements are met
  • Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accounted for
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues effectively and professionally
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, COSHH, and HACCP
