Demi Chef de Partie – MT

A Demi Chef de Partie role is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located in Melton Mowbray. As a demi chef de Partie, you will be working with a team of 16 chefs in different sections of the kitchen to gain experience. The spa hotel serves over 100 covers each day in the restaurant, offering healthy fresh food dishes to guests.

The hotel also has a busy function and banqueting department and is a popular wedding venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a demi Chef de Partie looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.

The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef who is looking for a role where they can commit themselves to a fast-paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is preferred but not essential.
