About the Role

• Location:
  Scilly Isles, UK
• Contract:
  Seasonal (immediate start through October 2025)
• Hours:
  Full-time seasonal to the end of Oct 25
• Salary:
  Competitive hourly rate, plus tips and staff benefits, plus assistance with travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests in our restaurant
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Engage with guests to share the unique charm of our island setting

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or waiting is preferred but not essential – full training provided
• A friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
