Featuring 70 design‑lead rooms, an iconic Malmaison Bar & Grill and spectacular SORA rooftop Sky Bar & Asian‑Fusion Restaurant, our newest property promises to deliver the style and fun you've come to expect from Mal plus some exciting new developments!

The biggest and most exciting venue to come to the city of Manchester this year is looking for a passionate Server to join the team. Sora Sky Bar is a stunning one‑of‑a‑kind bar and restaurant offering the best Asian Fusion tapas & Cocktail Experience and is located on the 7^th floor of the Malmaison Hotel.

You as Server will be a hands‑on operator who, using your knowledge and experience, will motivate, educate and inspire. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days — this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed  you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognised apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training.
