Hospitality Team Member

Overview

Working weekday evenings (4-10pm) and Saturdays (9am-6pm) alongside one colleague, you will welcome and support customers at our ethically-focused conferencing operation. Duties include setting up and clearing away room layouts, serving and clearing drinks and buffets, setting up audio visual equipment, basic cleaning and customer service. You will also take responsibility for opening up and closing our city centre Meeting House.

To thrive in this role you will need strong face-to-face communication skills, flexibility and self-motivation.

  We are an accredited Real Living Wage employer, paying £12.60 an hour, rising to £13.45 an hour from 1 April 2026. Salary quoted is the full-time equivalent as different shift patterns and weekly hours are available, according to candidates availability.
