What you will do as Senior Sous Chef- Support the Head Chef and lead service when needed
- Keep quality tight during busy periods
- Train and drive the team on sections and prep
- Keep consistency across a changing menu
- Protect food standards, specs, and kitchen organisation
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a premium dining kitchen
- Confidence in high-volume, high-pace service
- Strong section management and calm leadership
- Based in Manchester
- Available for shifts 5 days out of 7
- A restaurant that has featured in multiple Top 50 lists
- One of the go-to tables in Manchester
- Proper produce-led cooking where ingredients stay centre stage
