Support our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.

If you take pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll feel right at home with us.

We’re a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and maintain high standards across our kitchen operations.

• Wash and maintain all crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and safely

• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation when required

• Work closely with chefs and the wider kitchen team
• Help ensure service runs smoothly by keeping equipment readily available
  
  Be proactive in supporting the team during busy service periods

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
