Bar assistant

Responsibilities

• Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
• Satisfying customer requests in a timely and attentive manner
• Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
• Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
• Collecting payment for drinks served and using the till system to process change
• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
• Keeping a well stocked bar and cleaning and tidying customer and bar area to maintain a sanitary environment

• Applicants must be over the age of 18 with proof of right to work
• Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential- full training provided
• Attention to detail is a must
• Reliable, good timekeeper required
• References from previous employers

• Flexible shifts Monday to Sunday between the hours of 11.30am and 2am
• Hourly rate Above NM Wage
• Weekly paid
• 100% of tips kept, no shared pooling
• Must be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays over the festive period
