Street Food Team Leader – YES, Manchester

YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart of Manchester. We're looking for someone with kitchen experience, a natural sense of leadership and a hands-on approach to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our kitchen.
This is a busy, energetic role where you'll be right in the action - making pizza, supporting the team, keeping standards high and making sure service runs smoothly.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience working with pizza in a busy kitchen
- Is confident taking the lead during service
- Cares about quality, consistency and cleanliness
- Is organised and comfortable with kitchen admin and paperwork, or willing to learn
- Leads by example and works well with a team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn't afraid of hard work
You don't need to have been a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager before. You need to know your way around a kitchen, be ready to take the next step and take pride in doing a great job.
