Street Food Kitchen Team Leader

Street Food Team Leader – YES, Manchester

YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart of
Manchester. We’re looking for someone with kitchen experience, a natural sense
of leadership and a hands‑on approach to take ownership of the day-to-day
running of our kitchen.

This is a busy, energetic role where you’ll be right in the
action — making pizza, supporting the team, keeping standards high and making
sure service runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has
  solid experience working with pizza in a busy kitchen
• Is
  confident taking the lead during service
• Cares
  about quality, consistency and cleanliness
• Is
  organised and comfortable with kitchen admin and paperwork, or willing to
  learn
• Leads
  by example and works well with a team
• Has
  a positive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid of hard work

You don’t need to have been a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
before. You need to know your way around a kitchen, be ready to take the next
step and take pride in doing a great job.

A 45-hour contract in a fun, independent venue where you’ll
