This is a hands‑on, floor-based role where you’ll guide guests through the menu, work closely with the team and help create memorable dining experiences, whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion.

• Deliver friendly, professional service on the restaurant floor
• Guide guests through the menu, drinks and wine listwith confidence
• Take orders accurately and ensure great communication with the kitchen and bar
• Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly
• Anticipate guest needs and handle feedback withcare and professionalism
• Maintain Hawksmoor standards of service,presentation and hospitality

• Passionate about hospitality and great guest experiences
• Confident, personable and comfortable talking toguests
• Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Previous waiting experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided
