A Junior Sous Chef is required in the centre of Manchester for this excellent restaurant serving modern British cuisine focusing on local ingredients.

They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who has a stable background working with fresh produce.
The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped and provides the perfect outlet for you to continue to hone your skills within a professional environment.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Be innovative and committed with a deep passion for elite food, immaculate presentation, and flawless service
- Be required to maintain high quality and consistency across your section with a professional “can do” attitude
- Have a background working within fast-paced, high-level fresh food establishments or Rosette kitchens
- Be looking to work within a highly decorated kitchen where the absolute highest level of food is produced daily
- Be managing and running sections effectively while supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
You will have held a similar position in a comparable establishment and have solid leadership and training/mentoring qualities, a strong grasp of kitchen management and be an excellent team player.
