Salford Council is seeking a General Assistant to support the Cook Supervisor in delivering healthy, nutritious meals for children in Salford. You will help set up dining areas, wash up, serve meals and assist with basic food preparation as required.
This part-time role is 10 hours per week (Mon-Fri 11:30am–1:30pm) under a fixed-term contract until July 2027. A DBS check is required; see the employer for costs and process. Staff benefits include LGPS pension, cycle-to-work, and wellbeing schemes.
